Advertising Agency Policies & Information

SalesTrax is a sales-specific recruiting company that offers Internet job posting and resume access, career fair events in most major cities across the country, direct placement services, and advertising opportunities on our website and in our monthly publications. We pay 15% commissions on our advertised rates to 3 rd party advertising agencies (in-house agencies do not qualify). To help streamline the sale of our services, we have developed a special program for Advertising Agencies.

General Rules

• As most companies can now post jobs for free on our site, your sales will likely be made to “Non-qualified” companies, those who pay less than $24,000 annual base salary or 3rd party recruiters.
• You can sell individual job listings in one city for our unlisted price of $99.00 per job listing.
• You can also sell 30 day unlimited or annual unlimited posting subscriptions to your clients, but all jobs posted under that subscription must be for one individual client. You cannot post jobs for multiple companies under one subscription.
• You are not allowed to resell or distribute resumes sourced from SalesTrax.com job postings or our database, or access codes to our databases to your clients or any other parties under any circumstances.
• 3 rd party recruiting agencies (headhunters) are not eligible to purchase access to our resume database.
• SalesTrax reserves the right to reject any advertising for any reason.

Getting Started

• When an order for any of SalesTrax’s services is received, we will set up a master account for your agency. Many agency accounts have already been established, so please contact SalesTrax at (877) 777-1037 or info@salestrax.com to see if your company has an account.
• If you are selling individual job postings on our site, we will send you a logon code that allows you to post jobs for your clients. This logon is specific to you, can be used from client to client, and will circumvent the credit card payment requirement plus add an additional field to display the name of your client on our job board. If you are selling either monthly or annual unlimited job posting subscriptions, SalesTrax will issue a separate logon for each subscription which you may share with your client. All non-job posting sales requests should be communicated via an order form obtained from SalesTrax, which you can get by contacting SalesTrax at (877) 777-1037 or info@salestrax.com.
• We will invoice you at the end of each month for all services including job postings and database subscriptions sold during the month at our book rate, less a 15% agency commission. The invoice will be itemized into sub accounts and individual clients within your agency.
• Payment of the invoice is due in 30 days.
