SalesTrax Recruiting Events
SalesTrax Recruiting Events are strikingly different from traditional career fairs. Instead of having dozens of companies in attendance all competing for the same top candidates, our events usually have a dozen or less companies, and we limit participation to three companies per sector. We also prescreen candidates based on your criteria prior to allowing them on to the floor, insuring that you meet only with qualified applicants during an event.
We hold scheduled events in over sixty cities across the country, usually on a quarterly basis. We also hold single company events upon request. Events are held in Embassy Suites Hotels or in hotel ballrooms using pipe and drape to make 10’ by 10’ booths for more privacy. Here’s what our clients say about SalesTrax events. Unlike our competitors who just give you access to resumes from previous career fair attendees, SalesTrax.com is a fully functional job board attracting 75,000 sales professionals each month who post resumes and search jobs. Participation in a SalesTrax Recruiting Event includes access to our Candidate Resume Database for two weeks prior to and six weeks following an event.
Event participation also includes our exclusive SalesTrax Guarantee: Sometimes, events just don’t work out due to weather, traffic, or other factors outside of our control. If the event in which you are participating is poorly attended, SalesTrax will employ our other recruiting services to help you find additional candidates, or, we’ll credit the full cost of the event towards another recruiting event.
