SalesTrax offers direct placement services through our affiliation with members of the First Interview Network. This network is made up of over 300 sales-specific search companies who focus primarily on the medical, pharmaceutical, and business services sectors.

SalesTrax is the exclusive resume provider to the First Interview Network and all network affiliates have access to the SalesTrax Resume database. Network affiliates may also participate in SalesTrax Recruiting Events to source candidates for their local client openings.

For Job Seekers:

If you are looking for help finding a high end sales position, SalesTrax Direct and the First Interview Network may be the place for you. We may be able to help you if you meet the following criteria:

• You have earned a Bachelor's degree
• You have at least two years of sales experience and are currently in a sales position
• Your production ranks in the top thirty percent of your peer group and you have documentation
• You have had no more than two employers in the last five years

If you meet these qualifications, post your resume in the SaleTrax.com resume database so Network affiliates can find you.

You can also gain access to the First Interview Job Board and apply directly to affiliate postings for a small annual fee. Not every job gets posted as affiliates try to source candidates themselves prior to listing them on the Network, but the job inventory changes regularly.

For Companies:

SalesTrax Direct accepts contingency job orders for sales people or managers on a percentage or flat fee basis. We can handle single openings or national sales team roll outs.
